It took a while to get used to the Empty Nest. But now I find so many things to do and the days go so fast! 

I belong to a great group of ladies called the Homemakers. Here I teach cooking classes, crafts
and volunteer on the board as publicity chairman and Hotline Lady. 

Every day I run into people I know and new people. There is so much today and I never get bored.

I am currently doing a lot for my husband who had knee replacement surgery. We now enjoy going out for lunch, etc. All things we could never do when the kids were here. 

Life goes on. It is fun.
